Chartered[edit]

I did not understand, they were "chartered" by Queen Victoria in 1853 to do what? Usually a royal charter gives political power on the land belonging to the chartered company or gives some land as property. --95.24.69.178 (talk) 12:33, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
