Chartered Investment Surveyor

A member or fellow of the RICS who gives advice on real estate investment and the financing of real estate investments. Investment surveyors undertake financial modelling, appraisals of real estate as investments, and recommend investments to clients based on risk, return and financing profiles, as well as material and legal aspects of assets. They may specialise in acquisition, running due diligence on prospective transactions, or portfolio management, managing the strategic operation of portfolios of assets, undertaking value and cost/benefit analysis, development appraisals, and managing cash-flows of projects and tenant revenue.

Shouldn't this article title be Chartered surveyor? As per WP:JOBTITLE all instances in text will be rendered as "chartered surveyor"!? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 17:03, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
