Translation
[edit]I should note that the translation is a bit improper. When this gun was named "pistolet mitrailleur" by the French, that did not refer to using pistol bullets (it fired full power rifle bullets), but to the fact that it only had a pistol grip but no rifle butt. The terminology became settled somewhat later. Someone not using his real name (talk) 11:35, 15 July 2013 (UTC)
