I just cleaned it up a bit; it should constitue as 'notable' now.--69.145.122.209 01:32, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Let's do this

[edit]

Let's expand this article and add some pictures to it.

Format

[edit]

I changed the format from "digital download" to "7" single" because that is how substantially every single was released in 1978. Even if the song is now available as a digital download, that wouldn't bear on how it was originally released. --Metropolitan90 05:56, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I just copied/pasted the Wake Me Up When September Ends box, so I may have left it there by accident. --69.145.123.171 18:49, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I am positive that I heard this song sung by kids (but not Kidz Bop; I am sure of that) . It was on the Kidstuff music channel on Comcast, several years ago. And the phrases "warm beer" and "draft beer" were changed to "root beer". Anyone ever hear it? :::: —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.154.59.124 (talk) 18:03, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

misheard lyrics

[edit]

can't believe I'm the only one who for the past 40 years (right up to today) thought he sang " French-fried cicadas" 2600:1700:F90:BF60:C59F:5F83:C57F:81C (talk) 18:06, 5 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: no consensus. (non-admin closure) microbiologyMarcus [petri dish·growths] 20:10, 15 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Cheeseburger in Paradise (song)Cheeseburger in Paradise – move is controversial; pageviews were used to justify it, but the pageviews were almost the same and are only one part of WP:PRIMARYTOPIC anyway; the restaurant is defunct and the song is not; with only 2 pages, a DAB page is not needed. —  AjaxSmack  18:46, 30 June 2024 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). 162 etc. (talk) 04:51, 1 July 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. ModernDayTrilobite (talkcontribs) 13:43, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If that's not enough, then how about stats from two years ago? —George Ho (talk) 06:05, 1 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Almost one week later – As I expected, the views for the song went down after the move, while the views for the restaurant has still consistently remained higher than the song. George Ho (talk) 20:42, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
