Please add[edit]

Cherith Baldry is one of the two authors of the Warrior and Seekers series, along with Kate Cary.

Please, i beg you to update this. It's 2018 and this was last updated 5 YEARS AGO! IN 2013--69.1.10.208 (talk) 23:22, 25 April 2018 (UTC)RAYNA (ULTIMATE WARRIORS FAN)[reply]

Unprofessional[edit]

This seems really unprofessional, but no offense to the creator. There are no sources that I see. Could someone please fix this a little? I cleaned up the grammer a little bit, but it still needs work.

I reworded a few sentences and added her previous jobs. Some more grammar fix-ups. --Shaddowwolf 03:32, 8 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A fair bit of relevant sourcing can be found under the Warriors (novel series) entry, and at WarriorCats.com. (The site is Flash, which is irritating; it's hard to link directly to any given bit of info. Look under "Meet Erin Hunter".) Regarding the merge suggestion, I'd suggest that it makes no sense to merge the entries for Cherith Baldry and Kate Cary unless you're going to merge both of them into the Warriors entry; that's their connection, and having an entry for both, separate from Warriors, would be odd. That said, I disagree with the merge in general -- while this obviously needs expansion (it's a stub), I think it's unfair to tie either author entirely to the one series, even though it is by far the bestselling work either has done. They each have other books, written solo or in collaboration with other authors. Auros 18:57, 31 January 2007 (UTC). I still don't understand why this was last updated 5 YEARS AGO![reply]

Series by series[edit]

For each series to which Baldry has contributed as one writer under a house pseudonym, we should hope to say whether it is written jointly or whether there is one writer of each book; if so, whether the writer or each is known. Where we are able to list only those volumes written by Baldry, we should say so, and we should indicate her relative contribution, perhaps by giving the number of books in the series to some date.

That is easy to do in a short text preface to the series sublist, where the information is available. The briefest would be something like: "Baldry wrote one of the 20 Survive! books by Jack Dillon."

(Library of Congress knows of her writing one Survive! book in particular, among what probably she called "several" [1].) --P64 (talk) 21:51, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
