Quick Facts page it's siblings is incomplete

[edit]

I was reading the quick facts bio about Chester Morris and noted that only one sibling is listed, his brother Adrian. when I read further outside of the quick facts bio page I found that he had more siblings then the quick facts page indicated. this should be corrected. 68.38.143.45 (talk) 02:48, 2 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

68.38.143.45, I don't know anything about Chester Morris's siblings, but I assume that they are not listed because they do not have their own articles in Wikipedia. The documentation for Template:Infobox person says, for the "Relatives" parameter, "Names of siblings or other relatives; include only if independently notable and particularly relevant. ...", where "notable" usually means having a separate article in Wikipedia. If any of his other siblings have articles, then they should be added to the list. I might add that the same principle apples to parents, so that some infoboxes list both parents, some one, and some none, depending on whether either or both of the parents have WP articles. It also is why some articles have only a number for "Children", where others will have a number and a name, such as "3, including John Doe", if John Doe is the only child who has an article about himself.
