File:CA Pujara.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

[edit]
An image used in this article, File:CA Pujara.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

This discussion was superceded by Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of international cricket centuries by Cheteshwar Pujara; the result of that discussion was merge. wjematherplease leave a message... 16:35, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

In my view 18 centuries isn't enough to warrant a stand-alone article. I feel that this could be merged without making the parent article too large. Spiderone 21:15, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

To me any list which has more than 15 number is a decent list to start with. -Lesenwriter (talk) 16:04, 8 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
25 is the minimum, and was mentioned to you only a week ago for a similar list. The clue being in the Template:International cricket centuries, which starts at 25, although Tamim Iqbal is there for some reason at 23. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 16:17, 8 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Quote: "In general we look for at least 15 and preferably 20-25 to make a list", I started based on this comment. Anyways if it needs atleast 25 as per the agreed standards, I am fine with merger. Also proposing this List of international cricket centuries by Babar Azam for merger too to its profile page -Lesenwriter (talk) 16:31, 8 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
