Revised grammar and order

I edited the grammar and order of information for this article, and removed an unrelated line. The article still needs a revision to its second topic, but that requires someone who knows more about the village than I do.

I believe the flag of requiring grammar editing can be removed. If someone sees this note and agrees, please remove it.
