Article title

[edit]

Suggest renaming to China (genus), as "China" doesn't appear to be the common name of the insect. --Paul_012 (talk) 07:46, 13 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If anything the article could be changed to China (grasshoppers). But look at how these other Orthoptera articles are titled: Banza (insect), Cooloola (insect), Erianthus (insect), Sia (insect), Tetrix (insect), Caryanda (grasshopper), Patanga (grasshopper), etc. There is significantly less precedent to use the word genus to disambiguate. The present title is fine. Umimmak (talk) 08:06, 13 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I agree - XYZ (genus) should be avoided - since there are quite a few names for genera common to both plants and animals. Thank you for writing this page: I have upgraded to C class and I think it could easily be upgraded to A/B if we could find pictures ... Roy Bateman (talk) 04:00, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
