Chongming County is certainly not the PRIMARYTOPIC of this namespace. Every incoming link from an actual page at the moment is trying to get to Chongming Island. That said, a dab is probably better, since some people will be trying to look for "Chongming, that northern part of Shanghai", even if they don't realize it comprises (most of) three islands. — LlywelynII 20:11, 17 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
