Infobox

[edit]

Yes, it's an historic site. But as a functioning parish church, shouldn't it have a church infobox? Martinevans123 (talk) 08:34, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I'm concerned you are welcome to change it, however if the article is generally about the religion (high v low church etc), current vicar priest etc I would use the church one - if it is primarily about history and architecture I tend to use the historic site one.— Rod talk 16:11, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I have no strong view... except where to put the vicar!? Perhaps User:Peter I. Vardy could advise us here. Martinevans123 (talk) 17:45, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
By habit, I use the church infobox for churches. It allows for plenty of info about the history and architecture, as well as having the extra fields for personnel, etc. But I guess it's up to the editor's preference. --Peter I. Vardy (talk) 17:53, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Fear not, I shan't be rushing in with flowerguild, businessmgr or episcopalarea... Martinevans123 (talk) 18:09, 7 March 2014 (UTC) [reply]
