Untitled[edit]

I vaguely remember having a cutting from the Hull Daily Mail, a local paper, which mentioned that a mother refused to see her daughter because she had not been churched. A local vicar was condemning the practice.

In the West or in UK + Ireland?[edit]

Can someone add infos on other parts of the West? At the moment the section is mainly about England with a short mention about Ireland. I never heard of ceremony myself, so I can't add anything. --Dia^ (talk) 21:30, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that the section on the ceremony in the West is pretty Anglocentric and should be broadened. The ceremony is included in my Extraordinary Form Roman Missal published by Baronius Press. I would assume it is also included in the missal published by Angelus Press. When I have a chance, I will have to look through the ceremony again and add to the article here. --Sephiroth9611 (talk) 23:04, 11 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
