What time of year does it bloom, and for how long? ("Short-lived" doesn't really answer the question, because individual blooms may be short-lived on a plant that blooms continuously all summer.)

Is it fragrant? (Yes, I see the part about how some varieties are used to make perfume, but that doesn't tell me whether you can smell them when you walk by the plant in the wild.)

erroneous redirection?

[edit]

Lechea in the Systematics section redirects to Commelina. Why? (There appears to be confusion between the synonymous genus Lechea Lour., which is Commelina, and the genus Lechea of the Celastraceae named by Kalm and used by Linneaus when he named Lechea minor L. as the type of the genus.).Why isn't there a page for the genus Lechea of the Cistaceae? If there isn't an English page maybe the references in the article on Cistaceae could point to this Spanish page https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lechea .Skmacksler (talk) 20:21, 22 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
