Notability

I’ve had a look for sources and it seems that there is enough to show notability. Best source I could find was this one. Set up in 1995 by Wellington City Council, it would have generated quite a bit of interest, but newspapers from that time aren’t online. There was certainly sustained reporting when Christchurch City Council set up an equivalent company, Enable Networks, in 2007. Schwede66 20:14, 23 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
