Should this article be merged?[edit]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coffs_Harbour,_New_South_Wales seems to have a more complete entry. I'm a total newbie here, so I'm not sure if these articles should be merged, nor if they should be how I would go about doing so.
