Name change[edit]

This case was recently moved here from "Walla Walla City v. Walla Walla Water Co." While normally I would agree with such a move, in this case the "Co." is part of the formal case name and is the way it has been referred to by the court when quoted in other cases see: 285 U.S. 515 (1932), 213 U.S. 276(1909), 197 U.S. 178(1905), 181 U.S. 142(1901) - search results --Trödel 15:37, 29 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
