1. The article still makes mention of the Koizumi Government (has since been replaced by the Abe Government, and later Fukuda Government)

2. Japan Post Office was privatized 1 Oct 2007.

Pls improve this article, alongside quite a few other articles. It's not helpful at all since it talks not about Japan's civil service system but things around it. Many people in developing countries use wikipedia as their initial source of information and therefore wikipedia needs to improve quality checks and be up to scratch.
