If she believes something to be too "wacky" or too fantastic to be believed, she will not believe it (such as when Doc tried telling her about the time machine).

This statment makes almost no sence! How can she believe something and not believe the same thing at the same time? --Wack'd About Wiki 16:25, 29 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

That's not what it means. To believe something to be unbelievable is not to believe it but to believe something about it, i.e. that it's unbelievable. Noneofyourbusiness 16:35, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I "believe" this statement could use some rewording. The first "believes" could be replaced by "considers," but the sentence still holds some implicit redundancy (basically, it says if she finds something unbelievable, she won't believe it). How about this: She is disinclined to believe "wacky" or fantastical claims (such as when Doc tried telling her about the time machine). 66.69.147.209 16:13, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Animated Series as canon for Clara's birthplace[edit]

The article cites the Animated Series as to where Clara's birthplace (New Jersey) is revealed. However, many fans question the use of the Animated series as canon, as mentioned in the "Animated Series" paragraph. Therefore, can New Jersey be putforth matter-of-factly as her birthplace? That, and are there any other references in this article that refers to the Animated Series as canon for her history?Amchow78 07:18, 29 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
