Fair use rationale for Image:CloudNineCover.jpg

Image:CloudNineCover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 18:10, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

NPOV

Someone flagged this article as POV because it used the terms "successful" and "smash". The chart figures are right there. Look, it did better than Badfoot Brown & the Bunions Bradford Funeral & Marching Band. -Dhodges 15:56, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

I can understand the tag, although I wouldn't go out of my way to put it back. The article is still very partisan, and obviously written by a fan - it's not neutral to say that Got my Mind set on You "stunned everyone" by reaching number one, and "smash" is a loaded word. On a tangent, it would be nice if the article explained why the album was out of print for so long. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 17:48, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

BetacommandBot (talk) 19:49, 13 February 2008 (UTC) Why the hell you deleted the cover art? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.33.234.159 (talk) 20:13, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

SOmebody restore cover art please

Some idiot deleted it —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.33.234.159 (talk) 18:25, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Added back, but I don't think the person who deleted it is an idiot. Copyright laws are important to follow, and it didn't have sufficient information to qualify as fair-use. Spiby 14:07, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
