Article title[edit]

I think the current article title is long, convoluted, and not necessarily accurate since not all of the contracts in question were for bottled water. I'm open to suggestions on what to rename it to. "US Army Iraq War contracts bribery case" is a problem because this particular case wasn't the only bribery case to occur with US Army contracting officers in Iraq and Kuwait.
