I'm unsure how to edit pictures, but I'm sure that the current picture does not show the coffee ring effect, but rather just a coffee stain. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.116.190.25 (talk) 09:01, 3 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have seen this also refered to as the "coffee stain effect", so I have modified the entry to take this into account. ^[1] billclawson (talk) 21:58, 5 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
