- This article is neither A-Class nor GA. It will takes weeks or even months to bring it up to anything resembling GA class. Many editors over the years have copy/pasted from other Wikipedia articles and did n inadequate job of cleaning up the resulting mess... I saw some WP:OR in there too, and some edits that might be just plain spurious, not sure.. First you'd have to fix all the Harv errors, and THEN you'd have to check the WP:INTEGRITY of the fixes...

- Hey Lingzhi. Just letting you know that as you opened up an individual GAR you can also close it. Let me know what you want to do (maybe wait for TPH to give there assessment) and I can do all the fiddly bits. AIRcorn (talk) 08:37, 2 November 2019 (UTC)

- Delist I agree this is not GA material, looks like a weak C-Class for Milhist. Uncited paras, some OR, disjointed. Needs verification etc. Needs some serious work. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 08:37, 24 October 2019 (UTC)
