Image:Coleman Francis.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. Coleman Francis in 1934 photograph

The photo uploaded of Francis in 1934 may be dated incorrectly. A date of 1934 would make him 14 or 15 years old, and he appears to be in his twenties or thirties in the photograph. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Targetpuller (talk • contribs) 22:33, 28 October 2017 (UTC)

This photo was recently uploaded by User:Mateorl, perhaps they can help. The back of the photo was also uploaded. To me, it looks like it says 1937 or maybe even 1939. Grayfell (talk) 22:43, 28 October 2017 (UTC)

According to Facebook of Coleman's great-nephew, the photo was taken in 1937.

Sorry, I am not very good at using Wikipedia, So I apologize for taking so long to reply. The photo was given to me by my grandmother, and that post on facebook was done by me, Coleman is my great uncle. the photo was taken in 1937.Mateorl (talk) 15:47, 30 June 2019 (UTC)
