Episode separation[edit]

I feel this should be merged with the SG1 article as it really would be too much if we should have articles relating to each episode of every TV-show... which I'm sure various fans would happily write. I wouldn't mind deleting it... but I suppose this is the lesser evil Celcius 00:49, 20 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand what the problem is with having an article for each episide. As you note there will be no shortage of people prepared to write the articles. I was considering which ones to write myself when I saw this the proposal to merge this article with the main article. Startrek and many other programs are moving towards one article per episode. It seems to be a natural progression for a medium such as Wikipedia. Wikipedia certainly has no problem storing the data. If people want to write the articles and others wish to read them why artificially restrict access to this information? A merge with the main article would necessarily limit the amount of information that would be stated on each episode. Let's try to expand Wikipedia not cut it down. As it stands, Stargate SG-1 has a spin-off series and is finished at 10 seasons. I agree each episode deserves a page of it's own. I will be working on this article in the meantime... -- Mattathias

I think it is worthwhile having a separate page for each episode. Steven Plunkett 23:24, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Sourcing information[edit]

This page is a clear and blatant cut and paste job from Gateworld.net, and needs serious refinement. Steven Plunkett 23:24, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed that little problem.--KrossTalk 09:18, 14 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Copy edited and minors edits[edit]

All of this looks and sounds fine(grammer/english-wise). Made two minor spelling edits.Avsn 20:24, 16 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dedicated to...[edit]

This episode had an "In memory of..." in it's closing credits but I didn't catch it. Does anyone know whom it was to and why (other than he died)? I think this should be mentioned in a notes section or something.

I rewached the episode for you and the mention is: "In memory of Jeff Upton"
Who that is? I don't know! :D Sjowie 22:44, 29 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

[According to the director's commentary on the Season 9 DVD's, Jeff Upton was a Gaffer (lighting electrician) on Stargate: SG-1, who passed away during the filming of this episode. (Kevin, October 2006)]

Father of Mitchell[edit]

I don't have the sources to back it up, but having just watched the episode, and seeing how much Mitchell looks like his father in the episode, I'm beginning to think it's Ben Browder's real father. Can anyone confirm this? 82.75.183.164 15:15, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, Ben Browder was born in 1962 and Ian Robison, who plays Mitchell's father, was born in 1965. So, probably not. (this is a reply with a 6.5 year delay, not bad) 188.62.65.80 (talk) 22:49, 10 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
