Lack of clarity

This article seems to be almost nothing but a reproduction of an internal wall-posting at the ACCC. Everything below "Mission and Mandate" is incomprehensible, PR-style bafflegab. In short, those passages don't tell us anything concrete. I recommend removing those items and either replacing them with something comprehensible that describes what the ACCC has actually done, or just leaving the rest out and being content with a smaller article.
