Article Name[edit]

The name in spanish is Armada Nacional República de Colombia, the article actual name is not the best translation (Colombian National Armada) shouldn't it be National Armada(Navy) Republic of Colombia?Neoreich (talk) 03:46, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Colombian National ArmadaColombian Navy – The current name 'Colombian National Armada' is an incomplete/incorrect translation from spanish (note previous talk comment as well) as the standard translation from the Spanish word 'armada' is, indeed 'navy'; see, for example Spanish Navy. The article should be reverted back to its original name of 'Colombian Navy' and, perhaps, if necessary or appropriate, a redirect from Colombian National Armada to Colombian Navy be made in order to maintain links etc. Furthermore, it is not a 'common name' as per wp:EN, as can be seen in a few examples: [[1]]; [[2]]; [[3]] Iceman0108 (talk) 08:14, 23 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. Move to most intuitive translation, not necessarily the literal translation. -- Necrothesp (talk) 22:50, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Table[edit]

The pictures and the table create a big ugly white gap which should be ommited. If anyone can do this I would be greatful. We as editors want a viewer freindly webpage and this includes presentation along with other things of course.Tugrulirmak (talk) 18:46, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Er, 'which' table? (there are currently 3). I do not see any white gaps related to tables. If you can provide your video resolution or such and a better description of the issue, I'll be glad to check and fix.--Iceman0108 (talk) 20:04, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
