Vandalism Removal[edit]

I removed vandalism, improved grammar, added information about IB Programme at this school, and updated the list of clubs and organizations. I actually attend this school, the school administration has asked me to edit this page and remove the vandalism. I am new to Wikipedia, so please fix and notify me of any editing protocol that I may have violated. Thanks! CatanOverlord (talk) 16:48, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected edit request on 25 November 2019[edit]

There are a couple of changes required. Firstly, in the introduction, someone has changed "Gray" to "Gay" on two occasions. This should be changed back. Secondly, content on the right hand side is incorrect. The current director (superintendent) is Parker Grimmer. The term "administrators" can be changed to "Vice-Principals" with the names Deneen Gallant-Norring, Dale Cole, and Chris MacKinnon. The two names currently listed should be removed. The principal's name is correct.

I am a teacher and Site Technical Contact at Colonel Gray and the offensive language caught the attention of a parent who brought it to our attention. If the above changes could be made, that would be great. Thanks... GraySTC (talk) 22:01, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Partly done: The two instances of vandalism that had escaped previous corrections have now been fixed. I did not change the superintendent since I can't find a source for that on the school's web site and one wasn't provided here (see this link for why). There is a long-standing consensus that the infobox at the top of school articles should not usually include vice or assistant principals but "Student Services Pod team leader" sounded to me like enough of a different administrator-type position to warrant inclusion.
