Criticism

@Punkstarman added a section on criticism. They cited a YouTube video reference. This seems to meet WP:YOUTUBE-EL, since it just acknowledges that formal criticism exists? I would like to clean this section (and reference) up, but the reference given is actually my own YouTube channel, so its a weird conflict of interest. Maybe a veteran can advise.
