The site linked by note 2 discusses a "New York Velodrome", disk ribbed as being 1/4 mile in length. It goes on to discuss the idea that the fire which destroyed this in 1930 was considered suspicious as a new velodrome, located at Coney Island, had just opened. It sounds to me like this article is confusing two different velodromes located in NYC. Wschart (talk) 15:20, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
