Music

[edit]

several works were dedicated to him, including Joachim Raff's concert overture in F op.123, Georg Wichtl [ca]'s violin concertino op.5, Thomas Täglichsbeck's Variationen über ein beliebtes Thema Op.4 for violin and piano, for example; there is a work called "Fantasie über Lieder des Fürsten Constantin von Hohenzollern-Hechingen" (the Op.1 by Max Seifriz) suggesting the subject of this article (it was published during his tenancy , so it probably wasn't a different occupant of the same name) was perhaps either a composer or author of lieder (a word that has meant music or poems); and Felix Draeseke wrote a name-day overture for him. (If Constantine of Hohenzollern-Hechingen wrote music, including lieder, that seems an avenue worth exploring; likewise any other creative output of his...)
