2018 version needed on Wikisource

Currently on Wikisource there is s:Constitution of Georgia (1995) but s:Constitution of Georgia (2018) does not yet exist there. Based on https://www.constituteproject.org/constitution/Georgia_2018, someone may wish to start the 2018 version. Wikisource is a WMF wiki, so the initial version doesn't have to be perfect, but you should read the Wikisource guidelines and make an effort to follow them; they are not quite the same as on Wikipedia, since the purposes are complementary. Done If I understand right, per the current content of this article, and per the website of [the Constitutional Court], Georgian Dream (or any other party or coalition) hasn't been able to make any further changes to the Constitution since 21 March 2018, because it didn't have 3/4 of the seats.
