Construct may also refer to: Constructor (computer science), a special method used in object oriented programming which puts the object's members into a valid state.

A different issue:

Sentence appearance: Not changed, but yes Personal construct theory article link.
I think is better this one, (but I haven't done it today):

  • Personal construct psychology, ref. Personal constructs: by which individuals frame worldviews, as well predict and evaluate behaviour and events

I've decided not to change the appearance of the sentence, only the reference to Personal construct theory, instead of Personal construct psychology; I leave it as a comment, so you can see:

   The accompanying Dab articles' prior talk-content and -history was left behind at Talk:Construction when the dab was renamed to here, and the trivium "added" in the edit of 30 December 2012‎ in effect survives from the '09 revision that i overwrote the (formerly talk-free) talk page with.
