  1. Is it reasonably well written?
    A. Prose quality:
    B. MoS compliance for lead, layout, words to watch, fiction, and lists:
Page ranges should be separated by dashes as used in footnote 57 rather than by hyphens.
See if that's worked... Hchc2009 (talk) 16:53, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  1. Sorry, you got it about half right. My comment above only applies to to number ranges like pp. 245–56 and 1923–45. Sorry I didn't make that clearer. Hyphens are still appropriate for compound adjectives, spelled out numbers like twenty-five and ISBNs.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 19:02, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
See if the second attempt worked better... :) Hchc2009 (talk) 19:54, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  1. Is it factually accurate and verifiable?
    A. References to sources:
    B. Citation of reliable sources where necessary:
    C. No original research:
  2. Is it broad in its coverage?
    A. Major aspects:
When did the Holland family take possession?
I can't find a hard date, but have given a bit more context for how they acquired it. Hchc2009 (talk) 16:53, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  1. B. Focused:
Several bridges were built during the 19th century, a road bridge in 1826 and a rail bridge in 1848, improving communication links with the castle and further increasing tourist numbers. Clarify that these crossed the mouth of the Conway River and connected the castle to the opposite bank of the river. I had to look at the photos on Commons to figure out what was going on and I'm still not entirely sure.
See if the revised version works...Hchc2009 (talk) 16:53, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
