what would you term[edit]

What would you term or call a copper based metal and also a aluminium based metal —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.168.222.245 (talk) 10:47, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong title[edit]

The article's title is incorrect. It should be titled "Copper-based interconnect" or something similar as it is the interconnect that is copper-based, not the die or the package. Rilak (talk) 06:38, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
