NPOV issues

The "Controversy" section seems to lean very heavily toward opponents of the project. The section needs to have the pro-highway side presented just a bit more. I'll work on it as I get a chance. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 16:42, 8 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
