Pretty good little article. Great job on making the little organization chart. However, I don't believe that it is fully broad in coverage yet. Specifically:
- Why was it created? Who is this L. Governor? And where on earth is Keewatin? Give a bit more background in the formation section setting the stage for the committee. It is sort of covered in the intro, but everything in the intro needs to be covered in the article itself.
- Why would medical chairpeople be desired over politicians? Again, this is covered later, but I don't believe smallpox had yet been mentioned in the article proper.
- In Smallpox, who was the local native population? What nation?

Basically, write another paragraph or two of Background in the Formation section to say why this council was formed and where. Good job on the details of the council, and let me know when this is done. Rufous-crowned Sparrow (talk) 22:06, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
- Added two maps, added local native population and their respective nations of the area. L. Governor was expanded to lieutenant governor already. Gave some more background, and the settlements following council dissolution. Added some images of the era. SriMesh | talk 02:33, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
- First of all, great job improving and expanding this article, both by adding depth and by covering items not mentioned in the first article. However, I do still have a few concerns before I can pass this:
- Could you reformat the maps? They currently create huge white space on my computer.

- The beginning still starts with the council’s creation with nothing segwaying into it. Some information about why is in the section and others, but could it please start the Formation section? Or did this council just suddenly form?

- Who are these Icelanders in the second section?
- Hmmm ? Will ask query about this section.
- Copy and paste talk page notes below, and then added the bit about the Icelanders coming to Canada and why.
- What is New Iceland? Is there land formerly of Keewatin in it?

- You may want to mention a quick summary of what Treaty 5 entails.

- Added some more, and re-arranged sections in chronological order. Query about the point Who are these Icelanders in the second section?...should I briefly mention the campaign to settle the Canadian west as initiated by the Dominion Lands Act, or is it where the Icelanders came from and that they were emmigrating from Iceland for various reasons, Volcano eruption, etc.? or would both the above be pertinent....? So Icelanders coming to Canada were both push and pull, Canada was pulling them with enticements, and Iceland was pushing them with Volcanoes, and etc.SriMesh | talk 04:09, 7 January 2009 (UTC)

- I am mystified by this. The image looks like any other image on my computer. I will try a different browser tomorrow I use firefox most times. I cannot fix what doesn't show up for me. It really is a mystery.SriMesh | talk 05:52, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
