"Countries dependent on something" isn't a good title on which to base an article's encyclopaedic scope, not least because "dependence" here is undefined and only vaguely referred to without referencing reliable sources. From what I see, this article is actually about the economic and political importance of the Bay of Bengal as a whole. I've renamed the article per the above. But I'm still not seeing significant coverage of the subject as a specific regional grouping of countries; the article as it stands still appears to be mostly WP:original synthesis. --Paul_012 (talk) 15:04, 8 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
