  3. "Masten Lake Crossover Road" does not need to be in italics
  4. "the community"? Can you please clarify what community?
  5. Add some more historical information to the lead
  6. "all woodlands, with no buildings"? A little wordy, "woodland" would suffice here
  7. "commercial residence"? sounds awkward
  8. "downtown community": remove "community"
  9. "things had changed dramatically" sounds like a NPOV violation, remove the word dramatically and rephrase
  10. "onto Exit 112 to County Route 172" sounds awkward
  11. In last sentence of history, change second "of" to "by"
  12. Is the mileage known for the NY 17 intersection?
  13. If possible, try to get a picture of the route for the article
