The album title needs to be in a capital letters as 'COUP D'ETAT'. The sites below is the 8 Music Service Providers which is on the G-Dragon's official site. 8 Music Service Providers including iTunes, plus billboard article shows that the title should be all capitalized. These sites do not use all upper case for the album titles just because the cover art has all upper case letters. G-Dragon's 1st album 'Heartbreaker' and EP 'One of a Kind', they both have their titles all capitalized in their cover art, however if you check all these sites, none of them are all capitalized. Therefore the album title is intended to be in all capital letters for the album 'COUP D'ETAT'. It's a artistic intent which is different with other Kpop albums which use capitalization just for good looking. Most of the kpop artist rely sales on these MSPs, they make a contract each other to promote their music. These MSPs are the first ones who get to know the album title beforehand with album description. Therefore disregarding these sites and naming the album title as the people want is a terrible thing to do.

Follow standard English text formatting and capitalization rules, even if the trademark owner considers nonstandard formatting "official", as long as this is a style already in widespread use, rather than inventing a new one:
