Mape-Zumalai[edit]

Hello! Can someone explain to me, how is it possible, that Mape-Zumalai is a subdistrict of Kovalima (just like here and on this official document), but all maps, I found, are showing the cities of Mape and Zumalai in the district of Ainaro (district)? --J. By the way: Nowhere else than on Wikipedia, the name is "Zumulai". The correct spelling is Zumalai.

Ok, the borders were modified in 2003 like written in the paper mentioned before. Here is a map, showing the new borders. I just loaded up a new overview map of districts and will load up more maps at Commons until tomorrow night (MET). Please check Commons for correct maps to change the maps at the other articles.
