the first "Work Only" coworking space
"Brad was also one of the founders of Citizen Space, the first "Work Only" coworking space." would obviously benefit from a citation.
"September 2006 until November 2006, they negotiated, dreamt, built, bought and created a space" from http://wiki.coworking.org/w/page/16583300/CitizenSpace seems to establish the data for Citizen Space. It seems like there were at least two other coworking spaces starting in the city I was most familiar with at the time, Vancouver:

Hey there,
The founders of Citizen Space were me (Tara Hunt) and Chris Messina. Citizen Space opened October 2006. We worked with Brad and others on a previous space, The Hat Factory, which opened in May 2006. But it was Chris and I who put our money and time into Citizen Space and grew it. I expanded it with my own money in 2009 with Hillary Hartley (Chris left at that point) and we sold it to Tobey Morning in 2011.
