Hello, I don't understand the problem. I wrote the Cox & King page here based on my own page that I refer to. I am the owner of the Cox & King site and a direct descendant of the owners of the firm. All this has arisen because I wanted the Luxury yachts site to refer to the Cox & King site; I tried putting an exterior link but it was refused and you suggested that a C&K Yachts Wikipedia site be written. So I wrote it based on elements of my own site.

I would appreciate any help you can suggest here. It would be a shame to delete the site (it took me a few hours to write it).

Many thanks for your help with this.

P.S. Would it help if I simply rephrased everything so that my original site and this site are different; do note that I have put references in (that are not in the original site). I'm quite prepared to paraphrase things so as to "pass" and avoid the whole copyright issue. Many thanks for your kind help.

If you could re-write the article so that it wasn't such a direct copy of the website, then yes it would help. ArcAngel (talk) 20:59, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fine, I'll do so write away. Thank you for your help. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.76.149.109 (talk) 05:13, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(A bit later) The new version is shorter, has slightly less information, but retains the most important points. I have tried not to repeat exact sentences. Please let me know if further changes need to be made (I'll be able to make them as of next Tuesday only). Thank you for your help. --Fhgxx (talk) 05:48, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That works for me, thanks for understanding. ArcAngel (talk) 06:10, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Many thanks for your kind help and understanding. Now that the page is done, can we maybe delete what is on this talk page. I'd appreciate it. Many thanks. --Fhgxx (talk) 07:14, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Content on article talk pages isn't usually deleted, it really needs to be kept intact to allow other editors to see the previous issues with the article. ArcAngel (talk) 16:58, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
