Request to revert move

[edit]

The result of the move request was: page moved. Nadiatalent (talk) 00:28, 4 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Crataegus levigataCrataegus laevigata – I moved Crataegus laevigata to Crataegus levigata on the basis of an article that stated categorically that this is the correct spelling. Further investigation by a group of us who specialize in the botany of this genus has shown, however, that that article is wrong. Nadiatalent (talk) 14:58, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. I'd say this is a fairly clear case of original orthography and doesn't require the requested move process. I also trust you as an expert! Go ahead and move and close this WP:RM, unless you wanted more input. Cheers, Rkitko (talk) 20:05, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I thought that the move wasn't working, but tried again and it did work. Nadiatalent (talk) 00:20, 4 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Midland

[edit]

The term Midland should be capitalized, as it is from a geographical name (Midlands), as would European, etc. 2603:8080:B203:8432:7C84:427B:463E:8205 (talk) 20:26, 10 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
