Wrong image?[edit]

Cratoxylum formosum – or some variety of orchid?

Would someone please confirm if the scientific name of this flower is Cratoxylum formosum? To a layman like me, it looks like an orchid. Furthermore, the Flickr page from which it was obtained indicates that the photograph was taken at the National Orchid Garden in Singapore. Or is the Cratoxylum formosum a species of orchid? You are correct. This is a Dendrobium (probably of hybrid origin), in the Orchidaceae. A quick google search reveals what the real Cratoxylum formosum flower looks like. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 42.61.146.134 (talk) 14:38, 1 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
