Issues[edit]

Whilst I applaud the general use of references for this article we must be careful that it doesn't descend into a laundry list of anytime a politician has mentioned the word cricket. On the other hand, it also must not have cherry picked examples that might highlight or intimate that a certain country or countries are more corrupt than others. It is currently completely lacking anything about cricket's effect on, or affect by, apartheid, or the more "friendly squabble" effect on relations between Australia and NZ and England brought about by the underarm and bodyline incidents.
