This article seems to give fairly short shrift to the United States, where the CJA is the legislation under which public defenders (attorneys who represent criminal defendants who cannot afford representation) are regulated/defined/etc. jhawkinson (talk) 15:24, 17 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
