Re-admitted to FIFA???
[edit]Information about being re-admitted is wrong. Croatian Football Federation never stopped being a member of FIFA. When they wanted to be part of FIFA in 1992, they were told they never stopped being a member. Because of that war period, both internal and external political situation, it was very important that modern Croatia doesn't have much connections with WW2 Croatia. And modern Croatia was (and still is) mostly led by ex-communists, self-proclaimed antifascists, etc. So, what happened in 1992 is that they made a small ceremony, something like "renewal" of membership. So this "as Independent State of Croatia" and "as Croatia" is not neccesary. Croatian Football Federation is over 100 years old, and as such was admitted to FIFA in 1941. There is nothing to be ashamed of, as it has nothing to do with any ideology or politics. Croatia broke free of Yugoslavia and had it's independence. Well, "independence", as Third Reich put a lot of pressure on Croatia's internal politics and legislation, especially regarding Jews. Same thing happened in 90s, when Croatia broke free from Yugoslavia again.
Wikipedia in Croatian brings only one information: 1941. There are many people that would like that this is not true, but their reasons are mainly ideological. --Zekoslavac (talk) 11:49, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
