Re/Merging proposal[edit]

I strongly oppose the proposed merging, on the basis that the Crossing of the Andes is of itself a major feat for both political history and military history. Furthermore, although the very Army of the Andes is obviously inseparable from that action, its history goes way beyond the crossing proper.
