Whoever tagged this article for deletion - I disagree. Every other major structure on this iconic piece of Clydeside has a page (the SECC, Armadillo, Finnieston Crane, Bells Bridge) and given that this building occupies such a prominent spot, and its historical ties with the X-Factor for a start justifies its inclusion.
