Merge proposal[edit]

I propose merging Croydon South (historic UK Parliament constituency) into Croydon Central (UK Parliament constituency). The pre-1974 Croydon South seat was extremely similar to the subsequent Croydon Central seat (with minor adjustments for Ward Boundaries), provides important historical context for results in Croydon Central and better conforms with naming conventions for parliamentary constituencies with regards to Croydon South (historic) and a merge would not cause any article-size or weighting problems in Croydon Central (UK Parliament Constituency).Trimfrim20 (talk) 16:28, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
